# Terms of Service for Guest Impress **Last Updated: July 16, 2025** Welcome to Guest Impress! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Guest Impress website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service") provided by Guest Impress ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. ## 1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account, or by using the Service in any way, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and are otherwise fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms. ## 2. Description of Service Guest Impress provides an AI-powered Airbnb listing analysis service. Users can submit their Airbnb listing URLs to receive suggestions for improving their listing's photos, descriptions, and overall appeal to potential guests. The Service offers different tiers of analysis, including free and paid subscription plans. ## 3. User Accounts - **Account Creation:** To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. - **Account Responsibility:** You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage you to use a "strong" password (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account. - **Account Security:** You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ## 4. User Conduct You agree not to use the Service to: - Submit any Airbnb listing link for which you do not have the proper authorization or rights. - Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law. - Engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. - Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service. - Use any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Guest Impress servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. ## 5. Subscriptions and Payments - **Subscription Plans:** We offer various subscription plans for our Service. Details of these plans, including pricing and features, are available on our pricing page. - **Billing:** You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select. - **Payment Information:** You agree to provide us with valid and updated payment information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Guest Impress to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. - **Cancellations:** You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. - **Refunds:** Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy (if any). - **Changes to Fees:** Guest Impress, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the subscription fees. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective. ## 6. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Guest Impress and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Guest Impress. ## 7. User Content By submitting your Airbnb listing link, you grant Guest Impress a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute the publicly available content from that listing solely for the purpose of providing the analysis Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your listing content. Our use is limited to generating the analysis and suggestions for you. ## 8. Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. GUEST IMPRESS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (I) THE SERVICE WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURELY, OR BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; (II) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (III) THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (IV) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS. THE ANALYSIS AND SUGGESTIONS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. GUEST IMPRESS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE. ## 9. Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL GUEST IMPRESS, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. ## 10. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Guest Impress and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms. ## 11. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service. ## 12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Guest Impress is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service. ## 13.
